Huawen, founded in December 1998 under the recommendation of Shanghai Economic Committee, was co-funded by Shanghai Textile Shareholding (Group) Company, Shanghai No.1 Printing and Dying Factory, Shanghai No.2 Printing and Dying Factory, Yuantong Printing & Dyeing General Factory, Minguang Sheet Factory, Xinguang Underwear Plants, Guangzhong Corduroy Company, Apparel (Group) Co. Ltd., No.15 Towel Factory, Donghui Development Co. Ltd. and Shenzhen Shengxiang Investment Co. Ltd. To further explore the corporate growth, Huawen collaborates with 3 listed Companies under Shanghai Textile industry-Longtou Inc., Shenda Inc., Sanmao Inc. and Huashen (Group) invested Guijiu Printing & Dyeing General Factory (formly No3. Pinting Factory), which was reorganised into Shanghai Hualun Printing & Dyeing Co. Ltd. with a new operation system.
