　　Shanghai Hualun Printing & Dyeing Co., Ltd., a subsidiary company of Shanghai Textile Share Holding (Group) Company, is a limited-liability company which is invested by 3 public companies as well as the management staffs who administrate the company. The company is located at 3600 Pudong Road (S), Shanghai, the address of ex-Shanghai No. 3 Printing And Dyeing Mill, with the total area of 50,000 square meter. There are 280 staffs and workers employed, among which 8% are administration staff and technician, and the productive capacity is about 40,000,000 running meters yearly. The company is newly setup with totally new concept and new system peculiar to the existing dyeing and printing trades in China. The aim is to maintain high level of management so as to provide products that fully and consistently satisfy the needs of customers and are delivered on time.

　　The main production equipment in pretreatment department includes 2 sets of scouring, bleaching combine machine in open width, 1 range of steam master imported from KUESTER of Germany, 2 sets of mercerizing range. In the printing and dyeing department, there are 4 sets of STORK and ZIMMER rotary screen printing machine, 2 sets of continues pad-dyeing machine. One is made in WAKAYAMA, Japan. The other, 1800mm in dyeing width, is made by domestic manufacturer. 2 sets of computerized big jig from HENRIKSEN, Holland, and 12 sets of traditional jig. In the finishing department, there are 2 sets of high capacity stenter with 1 set STORK rotary screen coating machine, also there are pre-shrinking machine from MONFORTS and calendars from KUESTE, RAMISH ETC.
